Item specifics

• We accept returns for all items except for accessories. We also provide labels for defective items. If you are returning items because it is no longer needed or accidentally purchased you must ship the item(s) back at your cost in the same condition. These items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Haykay Phones Market reserves the right to modify our return policy at any time. There is 30 days return policy for eligible items.

  Refund Policy

  If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel

  Return Portal to return your eligible items. You can learn more about the Seel Return

  Assurance policy below. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order,

  the order is subject to the policy listed below.

  Returns

  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer

  you a refund or exchange.

  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also

  be in the original packaging.

  Additional non-returnable items, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance on eligible orders:

  Downloadable software products

  Some health and personal care items

  Phones accessories e.g. Chargers and etc

  Unfortunately, gift cards are non returnable.

  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  Refunds

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have

  received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to

  your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

  Late or missing refunds

  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  Sale items

  Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

  Exchanges

  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same

  item, send us an email at info@haykaymarket.com and send your item to: Haykay Market LLC,

  Seel Return Assurance Policy

  Get peace of mind while purchasing final sale items when you add Seel Return Assurance.

  You’ll have the option to return eligible final sale items for a refund by adding Return Assurance

  at checkout. We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions

  will apply.

  The item(s) must be new, not used, in the same condition in which you received them, and in

  the original packaging with any tags attached.

  Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date.

  To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided in your Seel confirmation email and

  submit your return at https://app.seel.com/return/portal.

  Seel will provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic orders. We are unable to offer free

  return shipping on eligible item(s) returned. We will deduct the standard $12 return shipping fee

  from your refund when processing the return.

  Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States.

  Please note, the cost of Return Assurance is nonrefundable.

  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs

  are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your

  refund.

  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may

  vary.

  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or

  purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
